We had hoped to be in Loreto that night but had to miss it on health grounds (our health, not Loreto's!) so we've just bought 2 tickets to see this up at Campo.

Thanks for posting the link PJM!

I got a PM from PJM ( ;D) advising me to check their website as it's now to be held in Castel del Monte, presumably because of the recent fire up at Campo.

Having just been onto the website I couldn't see anything about that; maybe I missed it. No problem; we have to go through C del M to get to Campo so we'll check it out there.

I thought this post might bring it to the attention of anyone els who's planning to go but didn't post on the forum about it.

The new information came on Facebook but the site with the information of change of location is...

Troverete indicazioni in loco.

We just got back from this concert & had a great time. The tent was enormous, appeared totally sold out as far as I could tell & the crowd was in 'appreciative' mood.

Hearing 2 of Floyd's great albums done as instrumentals & with woodwind and brass took a little acclimatisation, but once I was into the vibe, it was terrific.

The musicians were of a very high standard, at least to these untrained eyes & everybody seemed to have a great time, band included. I thought some passages worked better than others (inevitably, I suppose) & overall I preferred DSOTM to Animals, but both were great.

A great success. We came back via the village where we had some pizza & a splash of local vino, so a great night. Looking forward to Rock Your Head tomorrow for a weekend-rockfest!
