mmmmm  Geordie born not sure you are serious with your comment LOL but the breed of owl is called a 'Little Owl' LOL  And it is only 'boring' because I see it and its siblings every day so if I continue to take photos it could become a little tedious if I  continue to inflict them on everyone !!
I mean there is nothing like the real thing, but the pictures are great Kev and I for one would never get bored with them. We get little owls here all the time as well and one year we had a regular visitor every evening just after sunset, light enough to see him/her sitting in the tree below us.
