I'd just like to add that Murphy123 came round to the house on Saturday & I'd like to thank her very much for doing so.

Communication was great, she arrived on time, clearly knows her stuff & my better half has affected an almost miraculous recovery. Very reasonable cost too.

Highly recommended if anyone needs great physio care.

I've now arranged to meet Murphy123 so that's all worked out brilliantly. Thanks again.

Thanks for that; I've sent Murphy a PM. The Fisiolab site that Lois Lane put me onto has their website down for maintenance currently so I'll keep my eye on it.

I much appreciate the help.

Fisiolab pescara.com.    There is a website and Facebook page

near the hospital in Pescara and I recommend Arianna who speaks a little English.

My better half has managed to 'do' something to her back / shoulder & I think she might benefit from seeing a physiotherapist. Is anybody able to recommend one?

We're close to Penne but Pescara, Chieti, or anywhere really is fine.

Many thanks.

I suspect this is really a new topic, But has anyone private Italian health insurance, or can recommend a good broker to talk to? When I first came here I took out medical insurance with PPP on the understanding they would fly me back to the UK, if I was taken ill. My concern was waking up in hospital and not understanding what was being said. At the time my Italian insurance broker offered me an alternative which was considerably cheaper. Unfortunately, so much time has past I am now so ancient that his company will no longer insure me.  Any ideas welcome
