Water shortage
« on: August 05, 2017, 08:31:51 PM »
Ruzzo Reti has announced a programme of closures from 10 pm to 7am.

At the moment this only affects the Notaresco and adjacent areas in the Teramo region, but I think we can expect the shortage to spread over other areas, until we get some much needed rain.

It's a good idea to have some bottles of water to hand.

Excellent advice.

I follow SASI on FB and watch out for notifications there. They've been posting every day for 6 weeks or so now advising that the water will go off at night in certain areas.

Sometimes they even stick to what they've posted, although there have been occasions where they've said Castel Frentano's water will go off at 10pm, I read the notice at 4.30pm and the water has already been turned off  ::). So I now have about 10 litres for drinking, the loo and plants put aside.
