Sulmona Exhibition
« on: December 15, 2015, 09:49:01 AM »

Only open until 30th December so we will miss it but it looks fascinating if you are into art and culture and in particular the poet Ovid who of course was an inhabitant on Sulmona.

Thanks for posting this.  It's the 'launch event' in effect as we prepare for 2017 which is the 2000th anniversary of Ovid's death.  If you are keen on Ovid, or indeed on any of the many art forms which were inspired by his poetry, stay tuned as there will be a whole range of different activities and celebrations.  No website yet but it is on its way.  You can also follow by using the hashtag #ovidio2017 The only English language insiders' guide to Sulmona and the Valle Peligna.
