My bill for July-August has come in but no TV charge - perhaps they'll catch up with me next time?

You need to apply for reimbursement. There is a link to the form at the bottom of Lois Lane's post, I think you need to do it now as the deadline is approaching fast!

We had a phone call today from Enel about one of our clients bills, they have confirmed that a non resident does not pay the TV licence as part of the bill, if they have collected it, they will refund it, they are starting to call non residents to say they will be refunded. It may be worth calling them.

We made a separate call and they confirmed all NON RESIDENT contracts do not have to pay the TV licence. By the looks of it they have only thought of this after they have charged everyone!!! At least they are now calling people ( if they have your number).

I have posted 2 separate forms and a copy of my enel bill to the tax office in Turin and I'm looking forward to my refund >:( But will I need to waste my time on this every year?

I have filled in and posted off the two forms as I thought it would be tempting fate to only do one!!! However my recent bill still has 20 euros added for a licence and I have had no refund for the 80 euros i paid last year.

Has anyone here even had a reply from the Tax Office?
